Came across your blog when looking for a review of 'sexyher.co.uk' for bridesmaids dressed - my colour scheme is burgundy too and I like the one you found - just wondering did you order it? And if so were they good?
Oh my god! Just been reading through more of your blog - I want 'Songbird' to be sang during the ceremony as well - my friend has offered to do it!! Now if your wedding date is 6th June that will be really freaky,
If you just want to keep your blog for family and friends let me know and i'll stop commenting! Am just slightly wedding obsessed at the moment!
Hello Lisa, Sorry I have only just noticed your comments! Thanks for your interest in my blog, I haven't posted much on here recently! I have got my bridesmaid dresses, but from debenhams in the end. We went to Sexyher but found the service really bad (in fact non existent!) and the dresses looked quite cheap, so i wouldn't recommend them actually!
Ooooh you're having Songbird too? It's so beautiful isn't it! I'm sure I will cry! lol Unfortunately I don't have any friends who sing, so I've paid for 2 sopranos to sing it like how All Angels sing it as I thought that would be a nice sound for the ceremony. (I originally loved the Eva Cassidy version).
How are your plans going? Yours isn't too far away now! :)
I actually took the plunge and ordered from SexyHer for the bridesmaids in the end - theyre actually quite good - and I could get them made to measure which was great. Also got flower girls dress there as well.
Whens your big day? Have fun organising - Ive got a hair trial on Sat, hen do on 9th May, its all creeping up now!!
Glad Sexyher worked out well for you. :) I just saw the dress i'd seen on the site in there and it looked totally different than the picture. The people in the showroom didn't show much interest in us either. Which dress did you go for in the end?
Our big day is 21st August... Got most big things in place now, apart from flowers. In the middle of designing our invites at the moment! Don't know what I'll do with myself when the wedding is over. lol
Good luck with your hair trial, hope it works out nice. How are you having it?
